TIP: As you budget, don't forget to factor in your friends' contributions for staying on-site during your time here. Even a minimal contribution from on-site guests will greatly reduce your expense. Call or email for availability and to put a hold on a specific weekend. The date hold is complimentary (translation: no cost to you for peace of mind). Unlike what you'll find at other facilities, we believe in disclosing all of your costs up front at The Holly Farm! We hate to say no, but sometimes we have to: NO CORKAGE FEES! NO CAKE CUTTING FEES! Also no separate equipment fees, linen fees, table set-up fess or bar set-up fees! The Holly Farm offers many additional services free of charge:
With the exception of catering, you are welcome to bring in all of your own vendors, if desired. We have a wonderful list of suggested vendors that you may choose to work from. While you are welcome to provide your own food during your stay (for the rehearsal dinner and/or brunch), we do require clients to use our in-house catering company for the food and service on the wedding day. In working with our clientele who come from across the country and around the world, we have compiled a list of some of the best subcontractors in the area. Many of them have discounted their rates for The Holly Farm clients. The people on our referral list have strong reputations and an exceptional quality of work. You're also welcome to use vendors that are not listed by The Holly Farm. Please note that we additionally own one off-site rental home which serves wonderfully as overflow accommodations for your guests. |
